Financial Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best natural healthcare at affordable prices. Your understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. We operate on a “Cash Basis.” We accept Visa/Mastercard, Checks, and Cash as forms of payment. If your insurance company covers any of our services we will be happy to print you a receipt with the proper billing codes for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We require a full 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. If you do not provide a full 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment we will charge a $35.00 fee for the missed appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will waive the fee in appropriate situations, at our discretion. Any unpaid balances may be forwarded to collections without notice to you. |
